If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Depending on the circumstances and after inspection, we may offer an exchange or issue a discount code.

Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange or discount code:

The item must be unused and returned in its original condition and packaging.
The original receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
The exchange request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.

Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you about the status of your request. If approved, we will arrange an exchange or issue a discount code, depending on the circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning an item.

The original delivery charges and the shipping costs paid to return the item are non-refundable. SEAMS Designer Baby & Kids is not responsible for collecting return parcels from the customer’s doorstep.
